Do you like to help me, finish a true masterpiece?!?

I seek a smart PHP and MySQL programmer, to activate 26 more functions and finish one of the finest sites in the world... A truly advanced international contact site for adults - who already have the finest system, with many unique qualities and is completely free... So it's also a very interesting project and you will get a very generous payment (over 15000 euro) in good time...

The complicated "main" parts of the system (about 66% of everything) are already finished, the site open 2005 and we had over 10800 active members 2008-04-01 without any advertising... And the site work very close to perfect, entirely automatic to 99% and run without any cost (through a nice banner at the bottom of the main pages) on a lightning fast server in Florida...

Mainly because I manage to create the finest system, that anyhow is very easy to use and partly because the site is completely free, which is very rare... There are only four other advanced sites for adults (of many thousands) that is completely free!

But "my" incredible smart programmer, got unfortunately very occupied and since he program the very complex "main" parts (over 55 of 80 functions) have he done very little... He did only fix three functions 2005 as example and he didn't even finish the last one!
And he did not finish the "pay functions" so the site give still no incomes and my entire fortune, was gone just before we finally open the site... So we have never had any resources for advertising... And my site drown in over 15 million hits on "free adult personals" in AltaVista and Google, even if almost no other site is completely free... Every one except three four international sites, demand in fact a high member fee if you want to answer sexy ads...
Which simple means, that most people can't find EE passion and that's the main reason, why we not have a lot more active members... And then is people sadly enough too shy to invite friends, except the most extreme and that's possibly why we have so many wild Ads from girls!
So without any advertising, is it almost impossible to grow fast - even if my system already is clearly finer than the absolute finest pay sites... You have to be good at PHP and MySQL programming... And in first hand, have a talent to select the best solutions, that realize my functions / visions and to find out smart alternatives, if something not work... Plus always update very careful (type test stuff before) so EE passion almost never begin to malfunction and that you have enough time, the coming year... Remember also that you may NOT use any fancy techniques (as Java, flash, extra fonts or cookies) that may restrict use of pocket computers, leave out poor people with old computers or force people to activate stuff they don't like...
Then is it very good if you not hesitate to phone me (yes I can get skype) for a constructive dialog and maybe have a lot of experience, but that is no demand... And you are very welcome with good / nice suggestions, that I always will consider very careful... But you MUST finally follow my design, if we think different!

Your payment... The site give no incomes yet, as I wrote above and I don't want to promise too much... And if everything goes much worse than it should, type if almost none of the current members want to become Gold members and EE passion grow incredible slow, may it take half a year before EE passion get a big extra margin... The gold fees must first cover my costs of 600 euro, after 25% for advertising and then will all the extra margin go to you, until you are fully payed... After that must I also pay my first programmer... Before the extra margin can pay back my investments and finally be used to other fine non profit projects!
But things should happen a lot faster and everything will ALSO grow faster and faster, when we finally can begin to advertise... EE passion have already the finest system (that will become even finer with your help) and will always be completely free - as long the member don't want even more excellent advantages, at a low fee - which make any advertisement extremely effective... So EE passion should actually grow a lot faster than other sites and might become gigantic, after just a year with advertising... And I will begin to give you a very generous payment (totally over 15000 euro) for your contribution, as soon as we get an extra margin... Which I gladly sign, on a paper contract... And it's actually enough with only 10 new gold members weekly (or 500 totally) who pay 50-75% less than usually (!) to get some extra margin... Because I work and my income cover half my costs, right now... And both the number of gold members and the extra margin - will naturally grow dramatic AND faster & faster - when we finally can advertise!
Then is the payment part (who make it possible to advertise and grow) the 7th of 23 functions (except the big "second step" part and all the details adjustments) so it highly possible that I get some extra margin and can begin to pay you just 1 to 3 months, after the payment part is done... Type long before everything is finish, if you only program mostly on weekends!
And if you prefer to program, at cash payment... Can you first fix the 9 most important functions, that also give you extra much money for each function and then wait until you get fully paid (about 6000 euro) for what you done - before you continue with the rest of the functions and detail adjustment, at cash payment...
But that will naturally slow down the project, with about 3 to 6 extra months and every nice function you wait with, should naturally make the site even more attractive and give more gold members, which would give you a bigger extra margin sooner...

How much time... I actually know very little about PHP and MySQL programming, so I can only make a raw estimate... But most of the functions / bits that finish the site, seem to be a lot more easy to program, compared with the first "main" part and then is it clearly less than half so many functions left (only 23 of 80 totally) plus a very big form and many small adjustments... And the first "main" part (that was at least twice as big) was programmed mostly at his spare time (on weekends) with average four hours weekly under 24 months (because of many pauses) even if he first said that everything would take max 3 month!
So I guess on max 24 eight hours days, or 6 month with only 2x four hours sessions weekly (on spare time) for a good programmer, who easy find the best solutions... Plus some days to understand the system and find out how my first programmer did think!

Everyone must be able to view and answer 4 big ads, every new day and use the extremely advanced search functions... Or 2 big ads, if they don't have an own active Ad... And the very informative miniAds in the excellent overviews, help the members to find the most interesting big Ads, so even 2 views is equal to at least 6-20 half blind views in other sites... And if you want to view even more and also seek on any of the 242 sexgames, will it only cost 15 usd for three months or 34 usd for a great year... Which are 50-75% less than most fine sites demand...
Of these incomes, will first 25% go to the most effective advertising, then cover my costs (about 600 euro, as long as I work) and everything after that will be the "extra margin" that first will pay you... And 10% may possible become Gold members, with my low fees and then will only 5000 members be enough for some margin, but I sincerely expect many many more...
